Terry Dawson is Head of Product at StarCompliance, responsible for Star’s product management, R&D, innovation, and technology operations. Terry helps drive Star’s vision and consistently executes on an innovative roadmap that drives competitive differentiation and customer value. As an experienced executive in media, technology, and information businesses, Terry combines his background in product management with strong commercial acumen to deliver profitable revenue growth. Prior to joining Star in 2022, Terry ran global B2B business units in large companies, built companies from start-up to sale, executed many M&A transactions, and managed complex business transformation programs. He has extensive international experience across APAC, the Middle East, Europe, and the U.S. Terry’s executive roles have ranged from Managing Director of $20m+ businesses to global head of $500m+ business units, in addition to strategy and business development roles in some of the world's leading media publishing companies. He is fascinated by technology and Big Data solutions that help improve performance and results and is proud to be recognized as a people- and customer-centric leader. Terry holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Cranfield School of Management.
