Michael has more than 20 years of experience in global technology innovation and has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams driving the customer experience for enterprise software companies. Prior to joining Star, he was Senior Vice President of Customer Success at OnShift and spearheaded client implementations & global support s at ACI Worldwide. His experience spans a variety of industries including healthcare, cyber security, payments, and higher education.
